The Industry-Academia Partnerships and Pathways (IAPP) is an FP7 PEOPLE action, which aims at strengthening existing links and promoting the creation of new onesbetween public research centers (Academia) and private commercial organizations (Industry). The action supports the exchange of knowledge and expertise through inter-sector two-way secondments of research staff with different level of experience and the recruitment of experienced researchers with a highly specialized background from outside the partnership.
